We all have a lot of things to do, but never get used to saying that you´re busy the whole day. Start organizing your schedule and assign a home to each task/activity.
With these 4 tips you will get on track again:
1. Schedule your day: start getting used to planning, this usually saves you a lot of time in advance. I would recommend planning the day before so you can with a guide on what to do and when it should be accomplished.
2. Know what has to be done: when you have all those ideas written on paper or on the computer its easier to prioritize and execute each one without leaving anything behind.
3. Eliminate distractions: keep any attention intensive people away and dedicate time to your schedule and complete all your important tasks first and then go through your list in order of importance. Please advise them that you have to finish work and that after that, you could dedicate a few minutes to discuss any important matter.
4. Track your progress: you can do everything, but if you don't track it down its going to be impossible to measure efficiency or compare it to the previous week. Keeping this in mind is important to consider making tweaks for next week to work even better.
